I hope Wolf Mountain continues to block the sale of the Canyons. American Ski Company does not deserve to be able to unload their last remaining asset until they have dealt with the wrongful death of my son, Cheyenne Whitaker, on Killington Mountin in Vermont last march. My son, 25, was an employee of Killington. When he went into respiratory arrest on the mountain, the ski patrol was ineffective, slow, and arrived with no lifre saving equipment. This is shameful.
Then they tried to cover up their negligence. I will have my day in court!

The boarders in Vermont who ride at Killington were really shocked to hear of his sudden death. He was an instructor here, and was liked by everyone.I am in anEMT class. That kind of negligence is in excuseable. Because they did not even call the med helicopter, and now is life is over at age 25. That was shameful.

I am filing a Law Suit against the ASC for the wrongful death of my son, Cheyenne Whitaker in March of 2007. The insulting cover-up of my son's death on Killington Mountain in Vermont was shortly before they sold the Mountain to the Powdr Corp. My son went into respiratory arrest on the mountain, and was not rescued in a timely manner. The ski patrol could not locate the defibrillator, basically arriving empty handed with no equipment. Then came the big cover-up. I am blowing the whistle on the ASC, so everyone will find out what they are all about.
