Park City Real Estate First Half 2007 Statistics
The Park City Board of Realtors statistics for the First Half of 2007 indicate that although Gross Sales Volume was down to $954M, a decrease of 11% from the same Half of 2006, prices increased 15%. This reflects a strong second quarter making up some ground from the first quarter.
Gross Sales for Single Family Homes were $445M gross sales, down 12% from 2006 but individual home prices were up 3%. However, particularly strong were Old Town, Upper Deer Valley, Jeremy Ranch and Glenwild/Silver Creek, which all showed increased sales volume and price.
Condominium Gross Sales were up 15% to $323M, with prices rising 30%. The Canyons area had the strongest growth in both areas with triple digit growth (208%) and price increases of 13%
Gross Sales of Vacant Land (Lots) decreased 31% to $167M but again individual lot prices increased 19%. Old Ranch Road and Jeremy Ranch were particularly strong as there are many fewer properties available.
