Park City Kids Help Stamp Out Domestic Abuse One Dime at a Time!

kids-make-a-difference1.JPGHere is a heart warming true story of how even the youngest of our city work to stamp out domestic abuse.  If everyone gave just $5 think how much could be accomplished.  Obviously these kids are learning the value of giving back.

The Lemonade Stand

This is Amelia and her brother, Barrett, sitting across the street from the 3rd house shown on the Luxury Home Tour selling lemonade for a dime to help the Peace House.  Note the sign.

The Tuesday after the tour Amelia and her mom arrived at the Peace House administrative office to deliver a check for $128. The lemonade stand brought in $64 and her parents (Anne and Jeffrey Livingston) matched it. One man threw in a $20 bill.

From the mouths of babes.
