The Sky Lodge Brings the Holiday Spirit to Peace House
Peace House is so appreciative of the help, support, gifts and caring of this community. Sometimes our shelter is the first safe home for families that have experienced domestic violence. We like to provide personal items that help them to live more comfortably while at the shelter and to start a new life when they leave Peace House.
Please join The Sky Lodge in helping bring the holiday spirit to local women and children by donating wish list items to the Peace House. Drop donated items at The Sky Lodge Sales Center in Easy Street Brasserie, November 24 through December 1 between 9 am and 6 pm. If you have any questions, please call The Sky Lodge at 435-658-3336. The Following Donations Are Greatly Appreciated Underwear, Sweats, Socks, Shoes, Boots and Coats in all sizes for women and children, disposable diapers, diapering supplies, calling cards in increments of $5, Wal Mart gift cards in increments of $10, Albertson’s gift cards in increments of $10, paper plates, plastic cups, fax machine, vaccuum. Imagine what it is like to receive a new coat and gloves for the winter or a cozy pair of sweats, new underwear or socks. Imagine not having the money to purchase needed medications for your child, then, through the generosity of someone in this community, a gift card is given that is used for this vital purchase.
