			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><b><img align="left" width="128" src="http://parkcityjournal.com/nationalabilitycenter/files/2007/03/meeche-with-students.thumbnail.jpg" alt="meeche-with-students.jpg" height="96" />February 22, 2007-</b> On February 1, 2007 National Ability Center CEO Meeche White returned from Thailand with her team of seven athletic coaches after spending three weeks on an international adaptive sports exchange funded by the U.S. Department of State Cultural Affairs Division.  The team included athletes and therapeutic recreation specialists Muffy Davis, Danny Quintana, Rich St. Dennis, Jake Heilveil, and Ability Center Program Manager Lauren Artesani.  The team worked closely with <i>The Redemptorist Foundation </i>for people with disabilities to create community based adaptive recreation programs in Thailand.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><font size="2"><strong><img align="right" src="http://parkcityjournal.com/nationalabilitycenter/files/2007/01/huntsman_1.thumbnail.jpg" alt="huntsman_1.jpg" height="93" />On JANUARY 5-7, 2007</strong> at Park City Mountain Resort, the National Ability Center will host the 20<sup>th </sup></font><font size="2"><sup>Annual Huntsman Cup. The Huntsman Cup is one of the nation’s leading disabled ski-racing events, bringing together a highly competitive field of racers from across the country and world. About 100 competitors are expected to participate and will utilize mono-skis, outriggers and other adapted equipment as they race for the fastest times three events, two of Giant Slalom and one Slalom event. </sup><sup>Members of the United States Disabled Ski Team, the strongest disabled ski team in the world, and other experienced racers from the US will give spectators a weekend of intense and exciting ski racing. Members from the Canadian National Team, Australian National Team and other international team representatives are also expected.
