Girlfriends Go Tours Offer A Wide Variety of Adventures for 2008

costa-rica-waterfall.jpgI’ve always liked a tropical beach vacation, after all I live where there are currently eight feet of snow in an ominous looking snow bank outside. But, truly, after two days of reading a book on a sunny beach I get bored. I need activity, investigation of the culture and mixing with locals. I crave relaxation, but I also need adventure.

The remedy? Girlfriends Go: Costa Rica, in April, of course. With Girlfriends Go, you and your friends will bike, surf, rejuvenate, rappel, laugh, jump out of trees, salsa dance, learn Spanish, do yoga, then laugh some more. This adventure is an amazing combo of activity and pleasure in a paradise setting of lush rain forest. More…

Girlfriends Go Tours adds new tours for 2008

Contributed by girlfriendsgo.com - Posted: June 28th, 2007

Park City’s Girlfriends Go Tours will be adding two new tours for 2008 in addition to the extraordinary women’s trips to Tuscany  and Costa Rica.  In May, 2008, join us for a hiking and yoga retreat in Tuscany, where days will be filled with yoga in amongst the olive trees of the Moricianni family farm, followed by beautiful hikes through the rolling Tuscan hills.  We designed this trip because we had so many women asking for a trip that didn’t focus on biking, yet possessed all the features of a signature Girlfriends Go Tour.

In July, 2008, join us in Ireland as we bike and hike over beautiful County Cork.  We will sample an authentic taste of Irish countryside as we pedal and hike on the green peninsulas of this idyllic isle and explore a timeless land.

girlfriends-on-the-go-lynn-betsy.jpgOnly in Italy…. The best thing about Italy is …mmm, everything. Off the top of my head, images of hedges of rosemary with an aroma so pungent and delicious that you must stop and bury your face in it. Or perhaps it’s Luciano, the owner of the farmhouse we frequent.
