Summit County Friends of Animals (FOA) is a nonprofit established to protect and provide for animals while fostering an awareness of their importance in our lives.  FOA works in partnership with Summit & Wasatch County animal control staffs to ensure that all adoptable, healthy animals are saved from euthenasia.  FOA rescues and re-homes more than 700 cats & dogs each year.
