December 2, 2006 - Barrage: Exuberant flying fiddles of the young Canadian group, Barrage, simply bombards the audience with energy and talent. These talented musicians strike up tunes in every genre creating a show that lies somewhere between “Riverdance” and “Stomp.” According to the Denver Rocky Mountain News, “It’s hard to resist this high-energy show.”<!–[if !vml]–><!–[endif]–>
December 9, 2006 - Perla Batalla: Perla Batalla’s angelic voice can combines traditional Mexican folk melodies, powerful ballads and pulsing rhythms. The LA-born singer-songwriter began her solo career in 1993, after working with artists ranging from Leonard Cohen and k.d. lang to the Gipsy Kings and Jennifer Warnes. Through her diverse influences she writes, arranges and performs today an ecclectic program for all to enjoy. According to the Los Angeles Times, “Batalla’s music caresses with its harmonies and gentle rhythms, then draws you in with an unexpected chorus or an unusual melodic resolution. But above all, she is a born storyteller with a rambunctious sense of humor.”

Many years later with more than 20 chart-topping hits to her credit, she is a multiple gold, platinum and multi-platinum-selling artist whose most recent album debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Country Albums chart. Wynonna performs as a special fundraising event for one night only on Dec. 28.
