In the very long run you are right. But in the nearer term, incomes have to increase a lot to catch up to current housing prices, or the house prices have to come down.. By historical income to home price standards, we are possibly overvalued by 35%. It

There are several other financially viable and attractive alternatives in the Park City market, including Glenwild, Tuhaye and Red Ledges.

What information do we have about the reason behind the bankruptcy? Budgeting? Slowing sales?
