Deer Valley Again Ranked #1 in North America by Ski Magazine

The October issue of Ski Magazine once again will rank Deer Valley as the top ski resort in North America. This is the third time that Deer Valley has held the top position.

According to Ski Magazine readers, Deer Valley was tops in 11 of 18 categories.

Deer Valley will be opening the new Lady Morgan lift this winter, which will provide access to nine new runs, mostly blacks that will improve access to Northside and Empire.

Ski Magazine also ranked Park City Mountain Resort at number 6. It is anticipated that The Canyons will rank in the top 20, providing Park City with high rankings for all its resorts.

THE TNT PARK - The adventurous in spirit won’t want to miss Deer Valley Resort’s Tricks ‘n’ Turns (TNT) Terrain Park. Located off the Little Chief chairlift in Empire Canyon on the Ore Cart and Nugget runs, the Park offers entry level to advanced features, including single- and double-barrel rails, a few small jumps and fun boxes. The TNT Terrain Park is open daily and is included in the price of your lift ticket.

Transylvania Tea Party Blood Drive

Deer Valley’s Transylvania Tea Party Blood Drive will take place Tuesday, October 31 at two locations. A bloodmobile will be at Silver Lake Village’s surface lot across from the fire station from noon to 4 p.m.; and the blood drive will also take place in Deer Valley’s Snow Park Lodge (2002 Room) from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
