Miller Motorsports Park Hosts the FIM Superbike World Championship
Starting its third season, the relatively unknown Miller Motorsports Park will host the FIM Superbike World Championship from May 29-June 1. Spokespersons for MMP said that not only will this be the biggest event ever at the track, but biggest international sporting event in Utah since the 2002 Winter Olympic Games. Superbike is considered the No. 3 motorsports series in the world.
Located in Tooele, a half hour drive from Salt Lake City is the ever growing 511 acre facility, costing Larry Miller close to $100 M. The MMP will host a full slate of events throughout the summer.
