Halloween on Main/Howl-O-Ween Dog Parade: Presented by Historic Main St Business Alliance. 3 to 5:30 pm. Costumed kids of all ages and costumed dogs on leashes welcome! Trick or treat the whole time at local businesses all along Main St. At 3:30 pm, mask making at PC Museum; 4 to 5 pm, doggie photos and contest at post office; 5 pm, parade from post office to The Village at Marriott Plaza.
